Not a question. You'll like this if you haven't already noticed it.

Press OPTIONS at pretty much any time, and the time is displayed in the middle of the status bar for about ten seconds.

I love this new feature too. It sure beats the old method of having to exit the book and click through several menus to get to the clock.
