Hi guys,

This is my first attempt to use this board - hope it works.

I have been interested in ebooks for quite a while and recently bought a Sony Reader in the US. I actually live in Sydney, Australia where it is now nearly midnight so more tomorrow...

Not sure which thread this belongs to but I am wondering if anyone has any news about the NAEB (Not Another Ebook) initiative?

I have tried to contact people there and even register on their forum but no answers :-(

Their forum is having trouble lately with rampant spamming, and it never did get all that much traffic, really.

However, one of the NAEB officers periodically visits MobileRead (as you can see from the thread that igorsk linked). But if you really want to get ahold of them quickly, you'll have to register at the Baen Bar forum, and go to the EBook Reader subforum.
