Nook in China?
I'm trying to figure out which ereader to buy before we move to China and was wondering if anyone has been able to successfully use a Nook in China or other countries outside the Us (access books etc.)? Have you had to do anything different to make it work?
Thanks! |

Hya CountryGirl. There are several readers now available on the Chinese market itself (most of our devices in the west are built there). If you buy there, your device will cost you less, but I'm not sure about access to books. I'd guess similar to device-access here, but maybe one of our Chinese members will stop by and explain in more detail. Good luck and best wishes. Neil
PS: As far as Nook is concerned, there's no access to Barnes & Noble's Nook bookstore outside the USA and (I think) the UK. I certainly can no longer buy from there here in France. N |
