Hi again Eric. You already asked this question in another forum. I know cos I answered it there.

Incidentally there is a thread somewhere - I think it's a thread rather than a forum - for finding books, although the usual type of question concerns a book whose title someone has forgotten, but they remember the story line.

I was going to find it for you as I've been there, but I can't find it in my profile. Maybe someone else will give you a reference.
