I live in S.E. Lousiana, far from things like electronics and ereaders and every thing has to be done on line. So I ended up wit a cruz reader, which after doing some research here,is probably not the right one, Has anyone had any
else had experience with the reader and could they explain them to me? I would gratefuly thank you. Sara

I need info On Cruz
Borders has a policy, no refunds if you opened a digital appliance and than found that it was defective. I fought the first one and they exchanged for this one. I would like to know if anyone has gotten a refund for a defective ereader

Well, thanks all, but my Credit card company was sympathetic and issued a refund. They did warn me that Borders might object and if so they would have to reopen the case and fight it out. Right now I can not get my ereader out of Russia, the time is set for somewhere in That time zone and some Cyrillic warning keeps popping up. I am getting thru a book 1 page at a time, because every time I turn the page it jumps back 2. And I still can not make purchases because they are unable to accept my address.I live in a place called Saint Amant, they refuse to believe that it is right here in the South and think that it is overseas.
