Book Designer 4.0 Isn't Showing The Menus

Hello,
I've just installed Book Designer 4.0 on my new laptop, but I don't know why, it isn't showing the menus. Take a look:

I got it from here: http://www.bookdesigner.ru/?p=21

What I should do to correct this?

Write click inside the window and select "Show upper menu".

There isn't this option there. Just those common ones, like Maximize, Minimize, Close... And the tool bar isn't right clickable

Nathan, I suggest you get BookDesigner from the following thread. https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11786 as it has all the bit needed to get to the latest version and it also has good how-to in there.

Also get the BookCleaner files from https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11649 which are also important if you plan on using BD.

Maybe I was not clear. Write Click on the text body of you book, for example, on the word Gutenberg.
