BD - Bug with "&"

Hi vvv,

While we're giving you our "requests" for the next update to BD, is there any way that you could fix the current problem with "&"? The "&" character shows up OK in BD, but in the final book on the Sony Reader, it gets converted to "&". Is there a way to keep it displaying as "&" on the Reader, please?

Thanks again for all your hard work on this - it is very much appreciated!

Yay! This, and the fact that english books _can_, and _do_ contain most of the accented characters (I would prefer to not have to set my language for english books to french and german) are the only things giving me any real trouble in book designer.

Oh, the update you released recently has a bug in the sony reader section. Every so often when I go to make a book, it forgets my sony reader directory and tries to put my book somewhere on a non-existent H: drive.

Make Sony Reader file -> output path -> set -> choose "Sony Reader" from the list -> type or choose a path in "e-book path" -> set -> exit

Make Sony Reader file -> settings -> save

Yep, I've done that a number of time, and it still defaults back to this H: drive randomly. Then I have to go into settings and set it again.

Oh, another thing with the & symbol, your RTF reader strips them out, so even if you fixed the display problem, I'd still have to go in manually and add all the & back in again. Is there a way I can fix that?
