Engadget says a color Nook is on the way

I didn't see this posted, sorry if I missed it, but Engadget is fairly sure that a color Nook is coming. Hopefully, if so, they went with color e-ink instead of LCD.

It will be LCD. No way a color eink could be $249. I'm very intrigued. I was tempted by the iPad, but the weight and price turned me off. However, a $250 7" android tablet might be just want I want.
