getting started with a sonyprs 650
howdy all you good folks,

i am new to ebook reading.iwas wondering if i have to install the reader drive or

can i just use calibre to avoid problems with the sony book management software.

You don't have to use Sony's ebook software unless you want to buy ebooks from Sony. I don't think there's been a Reader driver since PRS500, but I could be wrong on that.
