The lounge just happens to be one of those places where the inter-universal walls are exceptionally thin and the rules of silly osmosis result in cross boundary thread traversal. On Fridays.

Or put another way, there is only one Friday question thread, but in the lounge "one" is something of a Non-deterministic unstable variable.
