Calibre will scrape The Vancouver province, the sun, the times colonist , and convert them to whatever format you like, including pdf

If you are using Firefox, there is an add-on called Printpdf. It puts a "print to pdf" selection on the file menu. You can also go to file/page setup first and modify the page before you print to pdf. Works great!
