Reconvert Confirmation Dialog

Yesterday, when I was bulk converting some files to AZW3, I got the usual dialog box asking me to confirm whether to skip or reconvert files that are already converted into that format. I checked the box to prevent the dialog from showing up the next time, and then selected to skip rather than reconvert previously converted files.

However, the next time I tried bulk converting, it began reconverting all the files that had already been converted into the desired format despite my previous action being to skip them. I realized that I made a mistake in checking the option to disable that reconvert confirmation dialog but after hours of searching in the preferences to re-enable it and resetting plenty of the options to default, I can neither find it anywhere nor go back to the old settings. The answer might be obvious but I'm stumped.

P.S. I'm not sure whether this should be in the Conversion subforum but it doesn't involve problems with conversion itself so I'm posting it here.
