May I ask what is 'KPPMainAppv2 3795 042-juno 1501 eanab hesisenberg-388935.core' in the picture? There are three files named 'KPPMainAppv2', each with a size of around 125MB. I have deleted them and renamed them as empty files.

It's the React Native launcher for the Home app.
Runs the Hermes Bytecode in `/app/KPPMainApp/js/KPPMainApp.js.hbc`, I believe.
