I haven't figured out how to change the cover art yet. I went into the properties for one book and changed it but it is not displaying the artwork I put in.

get info on the book (select the book in itunes and hit command-i if you're on a mac). then select the artwork tab (last tab). drag and drop an image to it, or copy from somewhere and paste it there). resync. it should now have your artwork.
