PDF converts to symbols
Trying to convert a PDF book to ePub but when conversion is finished all I get is a single column of symbols e.g.
! £ $ % & etc. any ideas why folks.

Just in case anyone is interested, solved the problem by converting to html in Adobe, then to ePub in Calibre.
