3 hours with Sony Support

Spent 3 hours online with Sony Support a nice guy called patrick, who took over control of my machine to try and get the latest version of the ebook library to work. this was because i could not get ADE to recognise my ereader which i thought i needed as i would be buying books in the UK and at the end of 3 hours trying i ended up with Version 2.5 which was what i started with....still he tried and has given me a number in the US to ring.Dont know whether i will bother as its a long old process

I did ask him whether i would still be able to buy books in the UK without having to use ADE and he said that it shouldnt be a problem. was wondering whether if any of you genius's out there could confirm that. Id hate to think that i had bought a reader that i really wanted and was unable to get the books i wanted
