Simple txt and pdf reader

Hi all from Sydney. I'm looking for a very cheap and portable reader with good battery life. Lack of wifi/internet is fine. I'd like to read txt files from gutenberg etc, as well as journal articles in pdf form without any pictures/tables or such - sensible reflow is important, and an indication of where a given page starts/ends would be very useful for referencing purposes. I don't need any particular features, although search and bookmarking would not go amiss.

I'm considering the Sony PSR-300, EZ Reader and Sony PSR-505. Any suggestions before I put in my order? I'd also appreciate it if you know of any places that deliver to Australia apart from Amazon.

Thanks!

I bought a foxit Eslick. all it reads is txt & PDF so far, & they ship to Australia. Its pretty cheap now with the strength of the aussie dollar.
