PRS-700 Synch Reader

Hello Friends:
Trying to synch my Sony 700 only to have it go on for 45 minutes when I cancel it. I have done this dozen of times before and no problem with the synch lasting approximately 1 minute or less. I get the same results everytime I synch then I cancel it.

Would appreciate any help from those on this site as to what I might do.

Try using a file manager on your computer to delete the cache file on the reader.
