Trying to read the manual
I have the worst problems trying to read the manual! I have tried firefox and (shudder) IE but I get nothing to read. For instance: If you type ebook-convert at the CL you get a URL for more info in the manual:
http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/user_m...onversion.html When I go there this is the page that comes up: as you see there is no info here, just a search box and I don't know what I want to searh on, I just want to browse. Can some guide me?

That page is blank for me too and if you check the page source, you'll find that it's just not been filled with content. It's not a fault on your end.
