Howdy:
I had comix working fine with V4 OS on my smart Q7. I recently upgraded to V5 firmware and need to reinstall comix. I followed the same steps and used the same files/versions of python and comix and I;m getting an error "wrong architecture ARM" I'm on the original Q7 not the new V7. My processor didn't change! What's going on? Also, is there an easy way to get a dual boot with wince? I'm NOT good with linux. In plain english please! ![]() Thanks!!!!! |

I'm in the same boat as you.
From what I understand V5 is a different build of Linux than V4 (karmic kola ???). Therefore we need a different build of python. In theory the fixes are one of: 1. Download a new version of python. - I can't seem to find one - I don't know which version to use 2. Run a command to search a repository and automatically DL a new comix package which will also install the dependent files - Awesome tool, but I don't think my repositories are correct, as the comix one is not found Check post 14 here for the command line and the repository info. |
