Found this at PocketGamer today:

eSoft Interactive has taken over publishing of PPC TTD, and consequently there's a new build out with some major improvements.

Changes:

* Updated to OpenTTD revision 2637
* Now uses GAPI (gx.dll) for faster graphic performance
* Landscape view
* Improved sound and music handling
* Many in-game windows resized for a better overall GUI
* Hard button shortcuts for scrolling
* Supports Dell X50V (VGA is now supported on some models)
* Overall speed greatly increased and many bugs fixed.
