Figured out problem with battery life

Everyone may already know this, but I found that if I shut the PRS-700 completely off (hold power button until confirmation, confirm) instead of just putting it to sleep (tap the power button) I can get weeks of life from the device instead of just three days. It would be nice if it turned itself off after an hour of non-use, but I can live with how it works.

i dont think an automatic shutdown is possible, unlike an ipod people could theoretically last hours upon hours on a page.

I meant after it was put to sleep.

that's not a bad idea. It should be an adjustable setting to the users preference.
