Books App/iPad/metadata

Hi all, I have several PDFs uploaded to the Books app in my iPad. The PDFs have the following naming format:
Title_Author.PDF
I noticed that when placing a Search within the app by author or title that not all PDFs corresponding to that search are always listed, sometimes certain PDF's will miss the search. So how should be the proper format so that all PDFs can be successfully searched by either title or author? Thanks

The issue may be with how metadata (like title or author) is set in the PDF, not just the file name. Use a PDF editor to ensure the metadata fields (Title, Author, etc.) are properly filled, because Books app search relies on this information.
