Request: Past articles for Psychology Today
Can someone please help adjust the recipe for Psychology today to retrieve past articles? Maybe for the past year if possible.

change line 43 to soup = self.index_to_soup('url here') and remove lines 39-42 above.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, I tried following the instructions exactly as written and it only retrieved a blank ebook saying "Current Issue."
Any other suggestions for getting past articles? I appreciate your help, I can't figure out what's going on within the recipe. Or maybe it would be helpful to try to retrieve only the most recent "past issue" and then I can edit further to retrieve other issues as desired. Thanks so much! Quote:

This is the right way.
go to archives.. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/magazine/archive select an edition, copy url place it in line 43 as shown above. |
