Home button on PocketBook InkPad X Pro

Hello,

I just got a new PocketBook InkPad X Pro and looks like when I am reading a book, pressing Home button doesn't do anything.
I need to tap on center of screen in order to have a Header and a Footer and then when I press Home button it goes to home screen.
Is it normal this behavior ?

Hello.

In my unit, it's the page-turn buttons that don't usually work with the apps I use (eBiblio or Bookmate), but they do work with the default reading apps. I haven't been able to find any info on how to solve the problem.
