Boyue Mimas 103D bricked / frozen

Hi all

Upon powering up my likebook which i havent used very much (sporadically) it's frozen on the 'Starting up' screen.

I do not use a sd card

I've tried leaving it on charge for different cables, the 'hold down power button for 10 seconds / 50 seconds' procedure, plugging it into my computer (nothing).

Any ideas?

Also is there a reset hole on the bottom of the device? There's a pinhole next to the SD slot and another next to the 3.5mm jack but i'm not sure which.
