Read MetaData online, no matches found

 Hi

Love Calibre, but every now and then when I am updating my metadata with various online sources, it fails with no matches found. For instance, the below extract is for one of Chris Hectl latest books which I bought, and added to my Calibre library (downloaded from Amazon library to my laptop, and uploaded it to calibre after that). Then decided to update the metadata, but failed. If I do a simple google search for amazon+B08R3123LK I find the book. Any suggestions on what I should do to fix this is very much appreciated. Cheers calibre, version 5.42.0 ERROR: No matches found:
Failed to find any books that match your search. Try making the search less specific. ![]() Ok, so what does this mean? I did it manually, one book at a time, so roughly one book per 30-60 seconds perhaps? Still to fast? |

I've seen the same error during manual metadata download. I suspect it's not just me but a combined effort causing short term overloads.
