Editor doesn't start if an editor plugins fails

Hello,

I only wanted to comment that if an editor plugin fails to load (due to migration to python 3, for example), the editor window doesn't open and you have to start calibre editor in debug mode (calibre in debug mode shows nothing) to find the error.

Not a problem for me anymore

, but just a warning.

Do you have a copy of the problem plugin?

Yes, and it's not ported to python 3 (it's a private one, not published), so it didn't load. I can send it to you but the problem is clear and I'll try to fix it. My comment here was not related to the plugin itself, but to the problem with the editor.

yes, and I would like to have the plugin so I can see exactly what the problem with the editor is.
