Cover thumbnails
How can I upload those nifty cover thumbnails that I see in other contributors' uploads. Couldn't find anything specific, so I've probably looked in the wrong place.

So simple! I tried it out in the epub forum using "Stepsons of France" and it worked a treat of course!
