Enhancement regarding Open With:

Maintain a list of previously used editors for each file type (xhtml, jpeg, mp4, etc), rather than just the most recently used editor for each file type. Sometimes I can't recall which tool I used for some obscure task, just seeing a list of names would jog the neurons - particularly with non text editors.

I freely admit that I would find this useful, as well. And it doesn't _seem_ like it would be a huge undertaking (he said with trepidation). I just can't commit to looking into implementing it right now. But I'll try to keep it on my radar.

Okay, very very very preliminary support for having up to 5 different "open with" editors registered for each Resource Type should now be in master.

If anyone builds master on their own, feedback on this new feature and testing would be wonderful.

It does not work (Windows 10).

A new entry appears in the sigil.ini file (this is just an example):

editors_font=fontview\x1f\x43:/Windows/System32/fontview.exe

I can add other apps, but (in addition to the first run) later none of them never run again.

I ran into the same problem on Linux. They add fine (and open after initially adding), but nothing happens on subsequent launches. Should have a fix pushed shortly.

Try it again when you get a free moment @Becky. I haven't tested on Windows yet, but I got it working on Linux.

It's OK. Build for Win10 works great.
