Using the scribbles function on pdf files (Onyx Boox Max)

Hello, I'm currently using the Boox Max and have two questions. I tried the user manual but couldn't find anything on this. I was hoping if someone here could help me. 1. I have had my scribbles on pdf files suddenly disappear when I return later to the pages. This has happened twice now. I wonder if there is something I'm doing wrong. Do I need to save the scribbles before I exit the reader app? Normally I just mark on the pdf files and turn the page, then press the home button to get to another file. If I need to save, where is the button? 2. What is the third icon (with double arrows, if you click it, it becomes a +- symbol) from the right on the status bar. Thank you |

Hi What version of code do you have installed? I have just purchased this and the latest code. I am having trouble exporting the files. To save the file on the latest code 1.7.8 there is an icon in the top right corner. Like a disk. Or when I exit the note it autosaves. However I was able to export on 1.7.5, So i think it's a bug and it needs sorting. As I cannot even find the files when I connect it to my PC. ;-( Oh I also don't know the 2nd answer ;-( best regards Last edited by brigader; 12-13-2016 at 02:18 AM. |

For people wondering, I found the answer for my second question just from playing around. So if the icon in the status bar is a double arrow, you can use the < and > physical buttons to turn the pages. If you click the icon, it changes to a +- sign, and then the < and > physical buttons become volume up and down buttons.

Now we just need to get them to sort out the new NOTE app so I can export my notes ;-( Don't really want to downgrade. I started to checkout other note apps, but not found any that really work well so far. | |
