"Get Books" search finds nothing

New to Calibre

I have tried author's last names only, both first and last name, titles and author, titles only, and the Get Books feature doesn't find anything. The websites to search on the left have checkmarks.

Which stores do you have clicked on the left and what title/author are you searching for?
