New York Review of Books problems

Hi,
After updating to calibre 2.67 today, I can no longer download the New York Review of Books (subscription required). Let me explain: the current issue does download, but if I try to get a particular back issue by editing:

soup = self.index_to_soup('http://www.nybooks.com/current-issue')

to (for instance):

soup = self.index_to_soup('http://www.nybooks.com/isssues/2016/07/14/')

I now immediately get an error:

Just an hour before updating calibre, this back isssue technique was working fine.

I'm sorry, that turned out to be my own error, something went wrong with my template language.

However, I have another issue with the New York Review of Books. Starting in 2016, most issues (in mobi) have between 30 and 50 empty pages at the end.
