Can I backup what I highlighted?
I have a PRS-T2 with several textbooks, lecture handouts, etc (with & without DRM). I've highlighted, take some notes, create handwriting on these materials.
But I worried if one day it'd be broke (or lost support as sony has sold Reader division). So how can I backup these highlight, notes, etc in a laptop, or see (just highlighting is OK) these stuff in 3rd party PDF/epub reader? |

Well, there is Toxaris Annotations Exporter (which I have just discovered but not tested yet):
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=262913 http://toxaris.nl/en/annotation-exporter/ I also tried to create a tool that allows you to export annotations to ADE and Mantano Reader - it is much less professional than toxaris tool, though, and I haven't tested it with the new version of Mantano (Bookaris), yet. It does not allow you to export freehand notes, just highlights, bookmarks and (typed) notes. Also be aware that ADE gets very slow if you have many notes (as it uses inefficient XML to store the notes). https://github.com/spitfireCH/Annota...erter/releases |
