kpw1 touch screen problem
hi, i have bought an kindle paperwhite 1 from ebay, and the touch screen is very unresponsive (unusable) it works but very slowly and sometimes not at all. i have tried with reset to factory , i tried with installing duokan but even in duokan is the same which makes me think it's a hardware problem . can someone help me with this? thanks

Certainly sounds like hardware. The Kindle's touch screen is normally very responsive.
