Separate HTML Chapters/Files
Hi!
Re Amazon's Kindle, how do I upload chapters that are in separate HTML files? How do I identify the order of the chapters/files? For example, in EPUB, the order of the chapters/files is identified in the toc.ncx and the content.opf files. Thank you! Dr. T |

in ePub the order of the files is only defined by the spine element in the content.opf file, as it should be in kindle as well.
