Why are Amazon App Developers Anonymous?
Yes, I know you guys are not anonymous. But I just got this Fire. And I've been merrily loading apps - some free, some not. And I'd like to ask some questions of the developers. And I can't find a link anywhere.

(Admittedly, that may be the reason they stay anonymous.)

Now I am a long time user of Windows freeware. I've downloaded hundreds of programs from different sources. And there is almost always something leading you back to the developer. A web page, a forum, an email address.

Is this anonymity peculiar to Amazon, or are IOS apps that way too?

I would suggest that you find the apps in question at the Google Play store and follow the developer contact links there.

Really? Odd. The forum title says Kindle Developer's Forum.

However. that's OK. You guys have been a big help with taming my Touch. I suppose I shall seek help with the glowing screen elsewhere.

Actually. the Google Play Store is one space that Amazon will not let us go. I've got three different browsers and the OS somehow detects and diverts each one.

Ah. Sorry. I have become suddenly tablet focused. But, having been there, I note that none of the apps I am immediately interested in are represented there.
