Trouble Emailing Books and/or News

Hello -
I am very new to the kindle, still havent figured out many things. But I am having a very hard time getting calibre to email my books and/or news. I have read every thread possible. Have tried gmail, hotmail and re-typed, copied and paste. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I have a suggestion: Post what's actually going wrong. "I am having a very hard time" is not enough info to start troubleshooting.
