Mystery
I just read on this author's blog about a $0.99 ebook for mystery fans - Jeff Sherratt's Expectation of Murder. I know he has a book on film noir out, which I love. Thinking of downloading this. Has anyone else read it?

I mostly like classic hardnosed sleuth mysteries, like Chandler and Hammett. I wish there were more like him these days. It's also hard to find really well-written mysteries in this kind of price range, and I buy a LOT of books...
