meatloaf w/ horseradish
baked potato w/chives & butter
green beans w/ bacon
cherry pie w/ vanilla ice cream
ice water

To maybe bring this thread back to its original purpose;

Friends coming over so we're doing a buffet type thing. A ham I cooked last night, home-made pate, crisps, pork pies, cold meats, salads, sausages rolls and that type of stuff. Oh, and I'm cooking a kedgeree so that there's something hot as well.

Lashings of wine etc as well. Also some Brandy Alexander cocktails which I got all the ingredients for yesterday. You have no idea how difficult it is to find Creme de Cacao round here!
