How to make 5-way Navigator like Sony JogDial/Back in iSilo?

I have a new Zire 71 and the first thing I miss about my Clie is the back button for reading on iSilo.

The 5-way Navigator doesn't seem to have the same functions and can't go backward.

Are there plans to update iSilo v4 to support all the 5-way Navigators to handle backward and forward viewing?

Have you tried reassigning the buttons?

I don't have a Zire 71, but on my TT I reassigned the buttons.

Open a document.
Tap the Menu icon.
Select Options / Button

I assigned Button "Left" to the function "back", and button "Right" to the function "forward". I also assigned button "Jog/Nav Push" to the function "hyperlink" so that I can navigate links.

Thank you! Didn't even know there was an option to change the buttons.
