You're doing better than I am. I got the cover for my PRS650 on Saturday. I'm still waiting for my ereader. The lighted cover is very nice, but it would be much nicer with an ereader inside of it

I ordered the black ereader because I assume that it will be less reflective than the red. I got the red cover, however. Just call it a fashion statement

Well, we each will have to post pics, to see which combination looks the most dashing

After using a silver PRS350, I knew I wanted the least reflective PRS650. Given the two color choices, I decided on a Model T (any color you want, as long as it's black). From there, I figured I'd liven it up with a red cover, since the covers aren't reflective at all.

I don't know what it is with device manufacturers in recent years. Glossy plastic and metal looks real pretty until you actually use the device. Then it's covered in fingerprints (or worse) and the glare is killer, especially when it's a glossy screen. I'm going to rent a sand blaster and fix that problem

Now all I need to do is sell my jetBook with leather cover. I thought I had it sold to a student, but he changed his mind.

The silver bevel has a matt finish, as does the back. Along the top edge, right hand side and bottom edge it is shiny, but you don't see those edges when you are reading. It definitely does not interfere with my reading.

While it is a matte silver, it is still somewhat reflective. At certain angles to the light, I find it very annoying. At other angles, it is fine. It certainly isn't as bad as a smooth finish would be. I'm hoping that the black reader is even less reflective.
