Need Help

I was using my Kindle 2 today went to dress and when I came back it didn't turn on. Plug it in to charge the battery ( thought it was drained) but nothing happened the light showing charging did not turn on. Went and got a new USB to Kindle cord for the charger still not working. I must be doing or not doing something right HELP.

Did you try a reset?

If that doesn't help, call kindle support....go here, use the "contact us" button, sign into your account and click "call me"

They can walk you thru solutions.

Called Tech Support and got it fixed thanks for the tip.
