New to this
Hello to everyone. I am new to this posting forum deal, and I have just bought a "NOOK", they told me I could download the books from my computer to my Nook, but, everytime I drag it and drop, I get this message on my nook that says I am not connected. I am at a loss as to what to do, any suggestions. Thanks, all for your help. Linda K

What PC operating system are you using ?

If Windows, can you see the Nook via Windows Explorer when the device is connected and switched on ?

It'll be something simple !

Nook shows in "my computer" that it is there. It also comes in as a EPUB File. Is that a problem? When I drag and drop it doesn't appear in my nook. I must be doing something incorrect. Thanks, Linda
