Hi there!
I do not have yet my own ebook reader but I've been saving money for one for 2 years and I think i finally have to make this decision.
I live in Romania and do not have many options in stores so I have to do a lot of research online to buy myself a good ebook reader.

Hi, thanks for the welcoming!
Although I thought of buying the ebook reader from a future trip to UK, I bought it from Bucharest - because I found 2 light ones here and the weight is the main factor when buying such a device.

I had to choose between Foxit eSlick and Prestigio PER3162B and I chose Prestigio - it was cheaper, a little bit lighter and it had 8 grays unlike eSlick that 4 ones. I can't believe I lived so many years without an ebook reader What I don't like about it is that the device still consumes energy at night when I do not use it, although I read that ebook readers do that only when I turn the page. It is inconvenient to take it in a trip as I need to charge it using my laptop.

Interesting the specs suggest a battery life for 4000 page turns ... are you turning the reader off or just leaving it in sleep ?

I am just letting it to sleep.

I turned it off one night and lost all history of what I read so I try to avoid that as long as I have huge ebooks to finish. I already bought an USB charger so I don't have to keep my laptop open to charge it, so it doesn't bother me that much anymore.
