Greetings from Queens NY
Hello all!

Just a quick introduction...

I have been a Kindle 2 owner for just over a year and now I'm anxiously awaiting my RDD Kindle 3.

I love books books books... of just about any genre. Since I was in elementary schools I have been reading constantly - first because I was shy and then because I loved the worlds the authors brought to me. If you see me, there is very likely a book (now Kindle) in my hand.

I always thought I had a pretty varied taste in books and moving to ebooks has only expanded my horizons and exposed me to so many more authors than I ever would have found in b/m stores. So many wonderful Indies out there...

I am in the process of passing on my love of learning to my two kids. My 14 year old daughter has her own Kindle 2 and my three year old son is asking for an ereader already.

I have lurked for a bit here and am happily looking forward to joining the "community".
