Wiki question

Hi all. I was wondering who the master of wikiness is around here. I've got a question about how the formatting was done for the main page of the wiki. I just started my own and would be curious to use a similar format to what is on the mobile read frontpage, but I don't know how to format it to make that happen. Any help is appreciated. BTW, I love the layout you guys have for the wiki.
