Register before using ADE?
Is it necessary to have my Nook registered before authorizing it with Adobe Digital Editions? Mine is not registered and it does not want to show up when I plug it in the computer while ADE is running....

Registering is not neccessary.
Try deleting the 2 Adobe folders on the Nook before plugging it in the computer with ADE running.
