Q for nook lenders
Hi! I have a question I have not encountered at work. I lent a book to my cousin that ended up going to her archive. Turns out I had archived it before sending it. I lent from BN.com because it was easier for me at that moment. I unarchived it on my end but she still can not open it.
Has this happened to anyone else? What was your solution? JF |

She said she tried and it wouldn't. I contacted customer service and they said I had to unarchive it (which I did). Still waiting to hear from her on whether she can open it or not. She's across the country so I can't get to her nook. :P
