iPhone 4
Has anyone read books on iPhone 4? I have a Kindle and since Amazon are kind of diligent about releasing reading software for other platforms I would expect there to be one for the iPhone 4 in the near future. My understanding is that the new screen has a remarkable resolution, but since it is still a small screen, does it wear on your eyes? Also, is it easy to synchronize your place in books between devices?

You realize that there is a Kindle app for the iPhone and iPod Touch right... been out for quite a while actually... though I am not use if it is available in Sweden
But to answer your question, the kindle app keeps your books synced between all your devices as long as the device has a way to communicate with the servers. ie, wispersync on and data access for the phone I dont mind reading on the small screen. I use my iPhone while on the go since I dont want to have my Kindle DX with me while I go shopping for groceries or something... |

Ohh, I thought the higher resolution screen on the iPhone 4 would require a different app, I guess the apps aren't screen dependent then. The sync thru Whispernet is one of tha features that I truly appreciate, I just want to read books.

Kumabjorn, while I don't have an iPhone 4, my understanding is that the iPhone 4 will automatically render text at the higher resolution. The app needs to be updated to support higher resolution images, though, and Amazon has not done that to this point, which means that images will have the same quality on the iPhone 4 as the older iPhones.
